How Billing Works:

1. Add Services to Customers: Go to "Services" tab and add services (like "Alarm Monitoring") to each customer. Set the start date when billing begins.
2. Generate Billing Cycles: Click "Auto-Generate All Cycles" to create billing periods for all active services based on their start dates.
3. Monthly Services: Creates one cycle per month (e.g., Jan 1-31, Feb 1-28, etc.)
4. Annual Services: Creates one cycle per year on the anniversary date (e.g., Jan 15, 2024 - Jan 14, 2025)
5. Create Invoices: Go to "Invoices" tab and create invoices from the billing cycles
6. Record Payments: When customers pay, record it in the "Payments" tab

💡 Tip: Click "Auto-Generate All Cycles" once to generate all missing cycles for all your customers!
